  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 Degrees Celcius.
  2. Place all your brownies ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Stop to scrape down sides to make sure everything is thoroughly mixed in.
  3. Pour the brownie mixture into a pre-lined baking pan, smoothing out the mixture to make sure it is evenly distributed.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. If you are unsure if it is done stick a toothepick in the centre, if it comes out clear the brownies are ready.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Peanut Butter Layer
  1. Place all your incgredients in your food processor and blend until smooth. Stop to scrape down sides to make sure everything is thoroughly mixed in.
  2. The mixture should be relatively thick but still easy to spread.
  3. Pour the mixture onto your cooled brownies and place in the fridge to set. Leave for at least 1 hour (I like to leave overnight)
  4. Remove your brownies from the pan, cut into thick slices and serve.
